Privacy Policy

In short: we collect only what you type into our forms, use it to answer you, keep it safe (encrypted), never sell it, delete it after 24 months, and you can see, correct or delete it, or withdraw consent, at any time: manage your data.
1. Who we are

Sprite Genix ("we", "us") is the Data Fiduciary for personal data collected on spritegenix.com. Address: New Delhi, India.

Website statistics. Our own visitor statistics use no cookies and do not store IP addresses: each visit gets an anonymous code that changes every day, so it cannot identify you. Third-party tools (Google Analytics / Tag Manager, Microsoft Clarity, Meta Pixel) are loaded only if you click "Accept" in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time by clearing this site's cookies.

We do not collect sensitive information such as financial, health or government ID details through this website. Please do not send them in a message.

3. Consent

We process your personal data on the basis of your consent, which you give by ticking the box next to each form. Consent is optional, but without it we cannot reply to your enquiry. Marketing e-mails need a separate, optional tick. We keep a record of what you agreed to and when.

Withdraw consent at any time, as easily as you gave it: withdraw consent, or use the unsubscribe link in any e-mail. After withdrawal we stop using your data and delete it, unless a law requires us to keep it. Withdrawal does not affect what was done before.

4. Who we share it with

We never sell or rent your personal data. We share it only with service providers (Data Processors) who work for us under contract and only on our instructions:

  • Hosting provider (VPS): Stores the website and its database (India)
  • E-mail service (SMTP): Delivers enquiry notifications and replies
  • Google Analytics / Tag Manager: Website statistics, only after you accept cookies (Outside India)
  • Microsoft Clarity: Anonymous usage insights, only after you accept cookies (Outside India)
  • Meta Pixel: Measuring ad performance, only after you accept cookies (Outside India)

Some of these providers store data outside India. Transfers follow the DPDP Act and any restrictions notified by the Government of India. We may also disclose data where the law requires it.

5. How we protect it

Personal data from forms is encrypted in our database; look-ups use one-way codes; the website runs only over HTTPS; staff access is limited, protected by strong passwords and two-factor login, and every access to personal data is logged. We keep backups and review the logs. Our service providers must protect data in the same way.

6. Your rights

Under the DPDP Act you can:

  • Access a summary of your personal data and how it is used, and who we shared it with;
  • Correct, complete or update it;
  • Erase it (unless the law requires us to keep it);
  • Withdraw consent at any time;
  • Nominate a person to exercise these rights if you die or cannot act;
  • Raise a grievance with us.

Use the data rights form or e-mail privacy@spritegenix.com. We confirm your e-mail address first (to protect your data from others) and respond within 90 days at the latest, usually much sooner.

If you are not satisfied with our response to a grievance, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India after using our grievance process.

7. If something goes wrong

If a personal data breach affects you, we will inform you without delay, explain what happened, the likely impact, what we are doing and how you can protect yourself, and we will inform the Data Protection Board of India as the DPDP Rules require.

8. Children

Our services are meant for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data of anyone under 18. If you are under 18, please ask your parent or guardian to contact us. If we learn that we hold a child's data without a parent's verifiable consent, we delete it.

9. Your duties

The DPDP Act asks you not to impersonate anyone, not to give false information and not to file false or frivolous complaints.

10. Changes

If we change this notice we will update the version number above; for material changes we will ask for fresh consent where needed.

  • सुरक्षा लॉग: IP पते से बना एक-तरफ़ा कोड, ब्राउज़र का प्रकार, समय, स्पैम और हमलों से बचाव के लिए, 13 महीने तक।

हमारे अपने आँकड़े कुकी का उपयोग नहीं करते और IP पता संग्रहीत नहीं करते। Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity और Meta Pixel केवल तभी चलते हैं जब आप कुकी बैनर में "Accept" चुनते हैं।

सहमति

हम आपकी सहमति के आधार पर ही डेटा का उपयोग करते हैं, जो आप फ़ॉर्म के पास बॉक्स पर टिक करके देते हैं। आप किसी भी समय उतनी ही आसानी से सहमति वापस ले सकते हैं; इसके बाद हम आपका डेटा हटा देते हैं, जब तक कि कानून उसे रखने को न कहे।

साझा करना और सुरक्षा

हम आपका डेटा कभी नहीं बेचते। केवल अनुबंध के तहत काम करने वाले सेवा प्रदाताओं (होस्टिंग, ई-मेल, और आपकी अनुमति से एनालिटिक्स) के साथ साझा करते हैं; कुछ भारत के बाहर डेटा रखते हैं। फ़ॉर्म का डेटा हमारे डेटाबेस में एन्क्रिप्टेड रहता है, वेबसाइट केवल HTTPS पर चलती है, स्टाफ़ लॉगिन दो-चरणीय सत्यापन से सुरक्षित है और हर पहुँच दर्ज की जाती है।

आपके अधिकार

आप अपने डेटा का सारांश देख सकते हैं, उसे सुधार या हटवा सकते हैं, सहमति वापस ले सकते हैं, किसी व्यक्ति को नामित कर सकते हैं और शिकायत दर्ज कर सकते हैं: डेटा अधिकार फ़ॉर्म। हम अधिकतम 90 दिनों में उत्तर देते हैं। संतुष्ट न होने पर आप भारतीय डेटा संरक्षण बोर्ड से शिकायत कर सकते हैं।

बच्चे

हमारी सेवाएँ वयस्कों और व्यवसायों के लिए हैं। हम जानबूझकर 18 वर्ष से कम आयु के किसी व्यक्ति का डेटा नहीं लेते।

किसी अंतर के मामले में अंग्रेज़ी संस्करण मान्य होगा।
