4. Payment and Billing
An advance payment of 60% of the total project cost is due before work starts. Once a service has started or been delivered, the advance is not refundable.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos and software, belongs to Sprite Genix and is protected by intellectual property laws.
6. Limitation of Liability
We work hard to keep the Site accurate and available, but we cannot promise that it will always be complete, correct or online.
7. Privacy
Your use of the Site is also covered by our Privacy Policy.
8. Termination
We may suspend or end your access to the Site or our services at any time if you break these Terms.

10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh, India.
